Preheat Oven 425
Use light pans
Bake 13-14 minutes (until golden brown)
Mix in bowl with fork: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, & sugar
Add chocolate chips & cream
Mix until it becomes a rough sticky ball.
Put on floured surface
Fold-Turn clockwise and knead 10 times
Push down in circle (9-10" diameter, 1/2" thick)
Brush top with butter & sprinkle with sugar
Cut into 12 slices.
