Suggest a better descriptionIn a stockpot, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned; drain off excess fat. Add water, undrained tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Simmer covered 15 minutes.
Top each bowl with some diced avocado. Pass cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips to top each serving, if desired.
