Suggest a better descriptionNuke onions, paste, oil and thyme, about 5 min, stir occasionally, til onions are soft. put in slow cooked with tomatoes, broths, carrots, soy, wine, barley. Season beef w salt and pepper and add to crockpot.
Cook overnight. Add 2 c cold water to cool. Put in frig. Remove fat from top. Shred meat, heat.
