This meal is a family favorite. We serve it with Spanish Rice!
1. In large skillet, combine ground beef and onion; cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
2. Stir in beans, taco sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, and cheese; mix well. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
3. Spoon about 1/4 cup beef mixture onto center of each tortilla. Roll-up each burrito. Top each with some Enchillada sauce.
