Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350 deg. Spray a 3 quart baking dish and a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is browned and crumbly; drain well. Stir in beans, chiles, and enchilada sauce. Spoon about 1/2 cup beef mixture down center of each tortilla and roll up tightly. Place seam side down in prepared pans
3. Bake until edges of tortillas are lightly browned and crisp, about 15 minutes. In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream and salsa verde. Spread on tortillas in both pans, and sprinkle each with cheese.
4. Bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Top with salsa verde, avocado, cilantro, and lime as desired
