Heat the oil in a seasoned wok or large non-stick pan over a high heat. Put the oyster sauce and beef in a bowl together so they are well mixed. Add the broccoli, garlic, ginger and chilli to the pan, and cook, stirring for 2 min.
Add the oyster sauce, beef and water, bring to the boil, and leave to bubble on a high heat for 2 min. Reduce the sauce down to about half ( it should be very sticky and the beef very tender). Add the spring onions and stir gently over a high heat for another minute. Serve in bowls and eat immediately.

Se încalzeste uleiul într-un wok sau tigaie mare non-stick la foc mare. Se pune sosul de stridii si carnea de vita într-un vas, astfel încât acestea sa fie bine amestecate. Se adauga brocoli, usturoi, ghimbir si ardeiul iute in tigaie, si se prajeste, amestecând timp de 2 min.
Se adauga sosul de stridii, carnea de vita si apa, se aduce la fierbere si se lasa pe foc mare timp de 2 min. Se reduce sosul pâna la aproximativ jumatate (ar trebui sa fie foarte lipicios si carne de vita sa fie moale). Se adauga ceapa verde si se amesteca usor pe un foc mare pentru un minut. Se serveste in boluri si se manânca imediat.
