1. Heat the oil and butter in a wok and stir fry the spring onion whites, ginger and garlic. Add in the mushrooms and saute until they start to caramelize.
2. Add in the beef and continue frying; season with salt, pepper and five-spice powder.
3. Microwave the broccoli for 2 minutes and add it to the wok, then add the vinegar, soy sauce and spring onion greens. Season to taste, stir fry for another minute, and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
