Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Saute Onion.
3. Add ground beef or chicken and seasoning.
4. In a13 x 9 pan, spoon a layer of sauce and top with a tortilla. Top the tortilla with sauce and 3 tbl ground beef and cheese. Roll up and repeat with remaining tortillas.
5. Once pan is filled, spread some additional sauce on top of rolls, and top with more cheese.
6. Bake uncovered about 15 min. or until cheese is fully melted.
