In a microwave -proof colander microwave the ground beef or turkey, chopped onion and green pepper, on high for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the tomatoes, reserving ? cup of the juice. Cut up the tomatoes and add to the meat mixture, along with the ? cup juice, corn, tomato sauce, olives and chili powder. Cover and microwave at high power for 6 to 8 minutes, or until hot.
Remove the cover and sprinkle on the corn chips and cheese. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Or you may omit this last step and sprinkle on the chips and cheese at the table, over each individual serving. This way the chips stay crisp.
