Cheesy beef and pasta
Put a pot of water on the boil. Salt the water and cook the pasta to al dente.
Brown ground beef in a skillet while the pasta is cooking. Drain the water and return to the pasta to the pot but do not put it back on the heat.
Combine the beef and shells in the large pot, then add the cheese and tomatoes. Stir very well and transfer to a 3 qt casserole dish.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
