Super quick- done in 15 mins and very filling
Packet of noodles
Beef or chicken strips, preferably beef
Salt & pepper to taste
Tablespoon garlic
Mushrooms
Paprika
6 tablespoons soya sauce + 1tablespoon water
Stir fry veggies: carrots, onions broccoli, small mealies( not sure real name), cabbage it's which ever u prefer no tomatoes tho.
Prepare your noodles separately. U boil it as per instructions on pack and set aside.
Cut ur beef or chicken into strips and fry in a hot pan with ur heated oiluntil tender but not entirely cooked. Add salt, pepper, paprika & garlic. Remove from pan & set aside.
Put oil in e same pan and add vegies and stir continuously for about 2 mins on high heat.
Add meat to e pan and mix for about 1 min until combined. Add cup of soya sauce and water to mixture and boil for about 1 min, allow e sauce to reduce s bit then add noodles to e pan and allow to simmer & further reduce for 5 mins & voilà!!
Remember ur meat Will be tender but not crispy for this dish.
Serve in a bowl not plate, with chop sticks if u hVe them.
It's a dish that not only tastes great but has a lovely aroma.
