Cut steak tips into small, bite-size pieces and season with saltand pepper. Preheat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet over high heat.
Add beef andbrown for 8 - 10 minutes. Put aside and cover to keep warm.
Preheat 1 Tbsp.vegetable oil in same skillet over high heat. Add garlic and cook for 15seconds; add beef broth and stir. Add orzo pasta to broth, stir and boil for 8minutes.
Add vegetables, stir well and cook for 4 - 5 minutes. Add brownedmeat during last minute of cooking. Remove from heat and stir in basil,tomatoes, black olives and vinegar. Ready to serve.
Makes 4 largeservings.
