My own recipe. Enjoy!
In a large pot, cook bacon slices. When done, remove and crumble bacon. Leave grease in pot.
Add diced onions and cook until browned.
Add ground beef and cooked bacon, and cook until browned.
Add garlic and beer, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the pot.
Stir in tomatoes and spices.
Simmer or 10 minutes.
Add beans and cider vinegar.
Simmer for one hour.
