For Beef Balls:
Mix together beef, crumbs, egg, milk, dried onion, msg, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Form into 1 inch balls, roll in flour. Brown slightly in skillet in about 2 tbsp margerine. Add chopped onions and mushrooms with liquid.
Combine sauce ingredients (sour cream and below) and pour over meatballs. Simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles.
