Korean
1. Place beef in a shallow dish.
2. Combine soy sauce, sugar, green onion, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil and black pepper in small bowl. Pour over beef. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
3. Preheat outdoor grill for high heat, and lighly oil the grate.
4. Quickly grill beef on hot grill until slightly charred and cook through, 1-2 minutes per side.
5. Put small amount of Chili Paste on each lettuce leaf, add 2-3 tablespoons of rice and 3-4 strips of meat.
