1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat
2. Saute garlic, onions and bell pepper
3. Add the beef, cook and stir until browned
4. Add the remaining ingredients, stir thoroughly
5. Turn heat to low-medium and simmer for about 2 hours with lid on
Serve with greek yogurt and some crackers, corn chips or bread
