Suggest a better description1 kg mince. ..Cook with required salt and 200 ml water till done. .pressure cooker or open method.
In a pan pour some oil and fry 2 medium onions finely chopped.
2 green chillies finely chopped.
8 cloves garlic finely chopped.
1 inch ginger finely chopped.
Handful curry leaves finely chopped.
Sauté well.
Add the cooked mince and fry constantly turning over on medium heat.
Better to use a non stick pan for this.
Add in 1 teaspoon pepper powder and 1 teaspoon mixture of powdered cloves cinnamon and cardamom (total 1 tsp )
Check salt.
Fry till almost dry but not too dry or brown.
Cool well.
Grind the whole mixture in a mixi.
For cutlet
For 1 kg mince around 3 mashed potatoes .
Mix well. Shape into oval rounds 1 inch thick and Dip in beaten egg and then bread crumbs and shallow fry both sides. .
For keema
Season onions with chilli powder and turmeric and add in mince. Can add in cooked potato cubes and stir fry all for few min.
