Quick & Easy Meal
- Preheat oven to 375
- Brown ground beef & drain off grease.
- Add beef back to the pot & add sauce. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil.
- Grease a 13x9 pan
- Start layering. 1/4 cup sauce mixture
- 2 tortillas
-1/3 sauce mixture
- 1/3 cheese
- Repeat the layers (tortillas, sauce mixture, end with cheese)
- Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly & melted
It can also be done with chicken. Just cut up the chicken into cubes. Add sauce & chicken into the pot & cook covered on low for 20 minutes. Remove the chicken & shred.
