This is good
Brown beef in skillet. Add onion and garlic and saute til tender. Drain excess fat. Add chili, oregano, tomatoes with juice, slat and water. Break up tomatoes and bring to a boil. Add rice. Stir, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Serves 6
