These are good
Brown beef and onion in skillet. Drain excess fat. Stir in refried beans and garlic. Heat until bubbly. Cover, and keep warm. Heat tortillas until softened. Heat enchilada sauce. Pour about half into an ungreased baking dish. Place about 1/3 cup bean filling on each tortilla and roll to enclose filling. Place, flap side down, in the sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Pour remaining sauce evenly over tortillas; cover with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 15-20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Serves: 12 (2 per person)
