Goulash. You all know what this is. Modified for the Induction Kenwood.
COOKING TIME 2h15m !
1. Slice the onion in the food processor using the thick slicing disk and reserve. Use the spice mill to grind the coriander and reserve. Attach the stirring tool, set the temperature to maximum and speed to strirring 1. Add the oil. When oil hot, add the onions, vinegar and tomato puree for 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile mix the meat with the spices.
3. Reduce the temp to 80?C and speed to stirring 3. Add the meat, attach splashguard and cook for 2 hours.
4. To thicken, make a paste with the cornflour and a little water, add to the goulash. Add seasoning if needbe and serve.
Made as a test receipe 05APR11 with only one tbsp of very old Paprika so as not to be too strong.
