Set the setting of your Instapot to saute
Pour 2 teaspoons olive oil into the pot.
Brown the ground beef.
Remove from pan and drain.
Add the remaining olive oil into the pot.
Cook the onions and peppers for 4 minutes.
Add the paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic.
Cook for 3 minutes. Stir Frequently.
Pour the beef broth, diced tomatoes and cooked ground beef.
Cover the pot.
Set to soup setting.
Set the timer to 15 minutes.
Release the pressure manually.
