This delicious dish consists of beef coated in crunchy breading to seal in the great flavor. The meat is cooked rare to bring out the best of the beef, and is served with a Japanese-style sauce made with soy sauce and wasabi. Recipe from Rika Yukimasa.
Cut the steak diagonally.
Add salt and pepper to season the steak.
Dredge the steak in flour, shake off excess, dip in beaten egg, then bread crumbs.
Heat fryer to 350 degrees. Fry for about 50 seconds, or 30 seconds each side if pan frying.
Cut the beef diagonally into bite size pieces.
Pour soy sauce in a small dish with wasabi paste, and serve.
