Kofta is an Egyptian blend of cumin, coriander, paprika & garlic mixed with minced beef, skewered & served with Tzatziki.
1. Mix together McCormick Beef Kofta with Tzatziki recipe base, minced beef and half of the chopped parsleyn a large bowl. Divide the beef Kofta mixture into 12 portions and form the mixture around the top of each skewer.
2. To make the Tzatziki:
Mix together the yoghurt, cucumber, garlic and lemon juice in a. Medium sized bowl.
3. Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown koftas (approx. 5 minutes each side).
4. Sprinkle the remaining parsley on a flat serving dish and arrange the beef koftas on top of the parsley. Spoon the Tzatziki on top of each Kofta and serve with a side salad and mini pita bread (optional).
