If you like beef and lobster you will probably like this.
In a wok or large cast iron frying pan saute onion and garlic in the oil until tender.
Add beef, lobster meat, pepper, worchestershire sauce, wine and hot sauce. Continue to cook until beef is done and liquid is nearly all gone. (10 - 15 minutes)
Serve immediately with rice or potatoes.
I wanted to make a stroganoff but didn't have any mushrooms so I improvised and came up with this. It tasted great so I am posting it here. I think fresh sliced mushrooms would improve it even more.
