Coat the pot with butter. Lay in the first steak and apply dry spices. Continue coating and layering the steaks. Place the bouillon on opposite sides. Pour in the entire content of stock along the sides. Trying to not disturb the spices. Add 1/4 cup worchester and about 5 shakes of liquid smoke. Add water to cover steaks.Turn on "low" and set for 7 hours. Nearing 7 hours,tear beef apart. Heat up a skillet, melt 1/4 stick butter and fry large chunks of onions and mushrooms until charred to taste. Pour contents of frypan into the pot and stir. Allow an additional hour cooking. Mix up 2 heaping tablespoons of starch and add to crock. Dump uncooked noodles into crock about 30 mins before serving. Gently stirring occasionally until they appear to be ready.
