Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 F. Combine egg, cornstarch, instant minced onion, dry mustard, chili powder and salt. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into 6-8 balls. Brown in Microwave on High for 6-7 minutes. Placei n 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add potatoes, carrots and onion. Mix together remaining ingredients and heat in Microwave. Pour over meat and vegetables.
