Beef Panang Curry
Wash the rice.
Get the water boiling.
Dice the onion and crush the garlic.
0. Add the rice to the boiling water and cook it for 12 min (white rice) or 40 min (brown rice).
1. Add some oilt to the pan.
2. Brown the beef cubes and remove from pan.
3. Brown the onion and garlic.
4. Add the beef cubes back in.
5. Addthe curry paste, and stir it through.
6. Add the coconut cream.
7. Simmer for 10-15 min.
