Sounds good
1) Place ribs in slow cooker. Cover with onion; sprinkle with pepper. Mix gravy and dry gravy mix; pour on top
2) Cover and cook on low setting 9-11 hours or until beef is tender
3) Skim fat from surface of sauce in slow cooker. Remove ribs; cover to keep warm. Stir bell pepper mixture into sauce in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high about 15 minutes or until hot. Serve sauce over ribs
