Termomix Recipe - serve with rice

1. Place toasted coconut into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 8. Transfer into a bowl and set aside
2. Place cinnamon quill, cardamom seeds, star anise and cloves into mixing bowl and dry roast 3 min/120oC / Speed 1. Allow to cool slightly
3. Add Macadamia Nuts and mill for 30 sec/speed 10
4. Add birdseye chillies (if using), long red chillies, eshaloys, garlic cloves, fresh ginger, fresh galangal and fresh lemongrass into the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula then repeat process if necessary until a paste consistency is achieved .
5. Add Kaffir lime leafs, peanut oil and reserved coconut and saute 4min/120oC/speed 2
6. Add Gravy Beef and cook 10 min/ 120oC/reverse /speed 1
7. Add coconut milk and cook 10min/100oC/reverse/ speed 1, placing simmering basket instead of the measuring cup onto mxing bowl lid.
9. Add salt and palm sugar to taste and cook 30-40min/90oC/reverse/speed 1, placing simmering basket instead of measuring bowl lid.
10. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
