Tip* This recipe can be made a day ahead and then served to company.
Tip** I have found a easy way to make uniform rolls. On a cutting board , spread the meat mixture into a recatangular shape about the size of a 9 by 13 baking pan and 1 inch thick. Divide into 12 equal sized pieces by cutting down the center, and then lengthwise across 6 times. Shpe each piece into a log.
Tip*** I used my favorite silicone scraper to cut and remove mix from board. I got it on Amazon.com. iSi North America B10002 Silicone Scraper Spatula, White
Tip**** You can use this meat mixture to make meatballs too!
