Pressure cooker beef stew.
Pour olive oil into cooker. Brown meat on medium heat (important to brown well). Add onion, salt, pepper and water. Place small potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes over meat. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and Cook 8 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Cool cooker "at once". Make a paste of flour and 1/4 cup water. Set meat and veggies aside and add paster to liquid in cooker. Simmer to thicken stirring constantly. Ad back meat and veggies. At this point I add cooked peas.
