Suggest a better descriptionSaute the onions and bacon until crisp in the olive oil. Remove and add shallots and mushrooms until golden brown, then add garlic cooking one minute. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In a large bowl combine almond flour with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large pan and in batches add beef and sauté until brown.
Put in slow cooker with onion mixture and remaining ingredients.
Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
Remove bay leaves and serve with simple green salad.
