Crock Pot meal - Beef Stew with Potato Dumplings
1) In large bowl, toss together steak, flour and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Place steak, carrots, onions, garlic, broth, red wine, and 1/2 tsp thyme. Cover and cooke 7 hours on low or 5 hours on high.
2) Remove lid and stir in remaining salt and dried thyme and gnocchi. Cook until gnocchi is tender.
