my typical beef stew recipe
1. Mix all ingredients except beef into 3.5 to 4 quart crock pot slow cooker. Add beef.
2. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to 9 hours until vegetables and beef are tender.
3. Stir well before serving.
