- Cut the meat into cubes.
- Fry the meat. Once it's brown, add 2 cans of tomato sauce and mix.
- Add about 3/4 of the pot with water. Add salt. Let boil and taste juice again. Cover medium heat about 30 minutes.
- Try one piece of meat. If tender, add potato and carrots for 10-15 minutes. Add salt if needed. Cover.
- Once soft, add zucchini.
- Add pinch of cumin.
- Let boil and again, add salt if needed.
