(this is embarrassingly easy)
This makes a $hitton. I typically buy the foil "roaster" type pans, and cover with tin foil. It's delicious. I'm not sure why becuase it's so easy,but it's fantastic comfort food. After it's all done, let it cool on the stovetop until it's room temperature - then put it into tupperware (or ziploc,or glad, or whatever) containers and straight into the freezer. Nothin' to it.
