Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in dutch oven, flour beef and brown then remove from pan. Put in onions and celery and saute until soft.
Add the beef back in then add tomates, wine, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer gently stirring occasionally, about 45 minutes.
Can also put in frozen peas at the end. Thicken with cornstarch.
Garnish with parsley.
