Connie's Beef Stew
Mix flour, salt and pepper in large bowl. Pour oil in large pot and heat. Mix beef with flour mixture. Brown meat in oil. Then empty oil from pot. Add meat, lots of water, tomato soup and onion and cook, covered, for a long time - 120 minutes or until meat tender. Add more water as needed. Add potatoes and carrots and cook another hour.
