Suggest a better descriptionMelt 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet. Add sirloin and brown. Remove meat and set aside. In remaining butter, sauté onion. garlic and mushrooms until onion soft.. Remove from heat. Add flour, kitchen bouquet, ketchup, salt and pepper. Gradually add bouillon. Simmer 5 minutes over low heat. Add soup and sour cream till well combined. Add beef. Simmer slowly until hot, 10-15 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
