Beef stew in a sour cream sauce. Served with noodles
Alice beef across grain into thin strips. On skillet, high heat, put in margarine and cook the beef and onion in it. Lower heat a bit. Stir in soup and paprika. Stir in sour cream. Gently heat through. Serve over noodles.
