1. 1 cup salt
2. 1/4 cup pepper
3. 1/4 cup garlic powder
Directions
1. Sprinkle the steak straps with house seasoning to light cover it, dust with flour.
2. In a large skillet, quickly brown them on both sides with olive oil and butter. Remove steak from pan.
3. Add the onion and mushrooms to the pan dripping. Saute until onion is tender. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of flour.
4. Put the steak back into the pan with the onion and mushrooms. Add the mushroom soup and beef broth. Cook over low heat for about 30 mins, covered.
5. Adjust seasoning to taste, adding salt and pepper as needed.
6. Stir in sour cream at the last minute. Don't let it boil.
