A smoked paprika works best, but sweet paprika will do.
Coat beef strips in paprika.
Cook beef strips until medium rare. Set aside
Saute onions. Add tomato paste, mushroomes, cornflour and water. Stir until thickened.
Return meat to the panand stir through.
Add yoghurt just before serving.
Serve with tagliatelle or egg noodles.
