Beef stroganoff over egg noodles. Sour cream-based sauce.
Brown onion and garlic then add steak and continue until steak is browned, but not fully cooked.
Then add 2-8 oz cans mushrooms.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add 2 TBSP flour
Add cream of chicken soup
Simmer till thick, approx 10 minutes
Add sour cream and cook until warm, about 5 minutes.
While the sauce is cooking, cook noodles according to directions on package.
When noodles are done, drain and serve noodles with sauce over the top.
Season to taste and enjoy!
Dont overcook the meat or the noodles. Serve hot.
