This is good.
Slice beef in thin, diagonal strips (may be easier to do if partially frozen). Mix flour and paprika, and shake beef strips in it to coat. Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil over high heat until brown. Stir in mushrooms, yogurt, cream of mushroom soup and bouillon cube. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook rotini. Mix rotini in with meat mixture. Serves 12. (1.25 cup per serving)
