Suggest a better descriptioncut meat into cubes. Heat 3 Tbl butter in a skillet over medium flame. Add cubed meant and cook, turning the pieces until meat is brown on all sides. Remove meat. Add onion and saute till transparent. Add mushrooms and saute. Add flour to onion and mushroom mixture and cook for 5 min's. Add beef broth and stir till mixed well. Add chili sauce, dry mustard, vermouth, salt and pepper
