Suggest a better descriptionCombine ½ cup flour, ½ tsp dry mustard, 2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp of pepper and coat the beef with the mixture.
Place the meat in the Crock Pot. Stir in the onion rings and mushrooms. Add the broth and juice (or water). Stir well. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours. Before serving, combine the sour cream with ¼ cup of flour. Stir into the Crock Pot.
Serve over hot buttered noodles. Garnish with minced parsley.
