A Russian dish of sauteed beef, mushrooms and onions in a sour cream based sauce atop egg noodles.
Prepare egg noodles according to the directions on the package, strain and set aside.
In a large pot add olive oil and brown the thinly sliced beef and onions with salt, pepper, taragon, and thyme. When brown, add quartered mushroom and continue to cook. After 5 minutes, add the beef broth and worcestershire and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Mix cornstach with cold water and add the slurry to the pot, once incorporated turn off the heat and mix in the sour cream.
Serve ontop the egg noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley (optional).
