Saue butter, onion & mushrooms. Brown meat- remove meat and onion/ mushrooms. Mix consume, paste & mustard reserving some consume to dissolve flour. Add flour (dissolved) then add meat, etc. Add sherry when meat is tender then add sour cream to serve.
