This is a delicious creamy Stroganoff. Easy to prepare and cook in a slow cooker. Melts in your mouth.
Place the beef in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Spread the onion and mushrooms over the beef.
Combine the soup, sauce, garlic, stock and water in a jug or bowl.
In a cup or small bowl blend the flour gradually with the wine then add this into the soup mixture. Pour this mixture over the beef, onion and mushrooms in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Stir in the sour cream, chives and parsley and continue cooking about 20 minutes - until heated through.
Prepare pasta as per package directions just before serving.
Serve the stroganoff over the pasta.
